Bradford Crown Court Cause List

Daily court lists include the name of the case, time, part number, and reason for the court appearance. This post is on www.gov.uk/government/publications/royal-courts-of-justice-cause-list/royal-courts-of-justice-daily-cause-list Once the court has been contacted, arrangements will be made for you to participate. When considering the use of telephone and video technology, the judiciary will take into account the principles of open justice. The Court may exclude observers if this is necessary to ensure the proper administration of justice. Requests from the media and others, including legal bloggers from central London County Court, to attend a hearing should be addressed to central London County Court enquiries.centrallondon.countycourt@justice.gov.uk or by telephone on 0300 123 5577. The date and time of a transfer are considered to be the date and time that are published in the list of causes. Please note that some cases do not appear in the daily court lists. For the Supreme Court, this includes written questions, questions added after the publication of the list, and matters subject to legal, customary or court-ordered access restrictions. For the Ontario Court of Justice, this includes written questions (e.g., 14B in family law), cases added after the publication of the list, and matters subject to legal, customary or court-ordered public access restrictions, such as CYFSA and YCJA (youth) matters. Please note that lists of weekend and statutory holiday courts are not published on this website.

The court list will be updated daily and the complete list for the next sitting day will be published daily after approximately 4:30 p.m. If your application requires the services of the Tipstaff, please call 020 7947 6200 or 020 7947 6713 and speak to the Tipstaff before going to court or making your application. NEW – The Daily Court Lists website now publishes business information for two days. You are on the page that takes you to information about today`s cases. Information on tomorrow`s cases can be found in the lists of tomorrow`s courts (Dockets). Please note that case information changes daily at 8 a.m. (i.e., at 8 a.m., cases listed under “Lists of Today`s Courts” are updated to indicate the current day`s cases). Unless otherwise stated in the daily list of cases, family court hearings are held remotely. Accredited members of the press, legal bloggers or members of the public who wish to participate in a remote hearing must email their application to rcj.familyhighcourt@justice.gov.uk who will provide the details by email from the staff team. If a media representative wishes to participate in a remote hearing, they should contact the registration desk listoffice@administrativecourtoffice.justice.gov.uk. The Court may exclude observers if this is necessary to ensure the proper administration of justice. Representatives of the press or other interested persons who wish to follow the open hearings remotely should send an e-mail to civilappeals.listing@justice.gov.uk.

Judgments rendered remotely by the judge will be sent by e-mail to the representatives of the parties and transmitted to Bailii. The date and time of delivery are not deemed to have taken place before the specified time. A copy of the judgment delivered in final form may be made available by e-mail on request after that date. A hearing before the Bristol or Cardiff Administrative Court is a public hearing, unless otherwise specified. If a person or media representative wishes to attend a hearing remotely, they must contact the Cardiff Administrative Court office in good time before the hearing scheduled for cardiff@administrativecourtoffice.justice.gov.uk. Note that court lists are correct at the time of publication, but may change on short notice up to and including the court day. If you have a question about a specific list of courts, you should contact the competent judicial authority. If your legal organization uses the courts frequently, we recommend that you request a free trial of our CourtServe 2000 or CourtServe HRA professional services. You will then benefit from the complete lists of courts that are made available on your desktop as soon as they are published with the notification of the case.
