In labour law, Mr. Sciortino has extensive experience in the fields of industry, public relations and communications. Harris is one of six operating groups in the Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU) family. He was key account manager at Randstad for 10 years and then worked for 13 years as development manager at the French Building Federation. Thanks to this experience and his ingenuity, his sense of organization and his listening, Emmanuel is highly qualified in marketing and commerce.

His love of challenges and travel brought him to Montreal in 2018 and he joined the Novum Legal team in May 2020. A member of the Quebec Bar since 1975, Mr. Sciortino is fluent in several languages. He began his practice with Bernard Mergler, recognized as one of the best civil lawyers. He has experience in administrative law, judicial review, injunctions and contempt of court, as well as claims for damages against labour, social, political and cultural associations. Throughout his career, he has pleaded before almost every Quebec and federal court. François has evolved in the Ecomm industry for the past 7 years, specializing in the scalability of strategic operations and the deployment of customer-centric initiatives. Prior to joining Novum, François built and led several teams at Montreal-based Altitude Sports, where his communication and leadership skills flourished. She works closely with the management team to ensure the smooth running of the Novum teams and takes care of the administrative/accounting aspect. He is also responsible for the management of accounts payable and therefore establishes direct links with them in addition to customer invoicing. Holder of a bachelor`s degree (2007) and a master`s degree (2010) in law from Université Laval, Yves Tanguay spent eight years doing his doctorate in constitutional law at Université Laval and Université Paris-2 Panthéon-Assas.
