Today, I have not yet received my belongings and I have received a replacement Hyundai car. I was originally told that I could only get a Ford Renatl/lend because my new car warranty would only pay for a comparable Ford loan/lease. What a joke about Koons and Hertz. We are now expecting snow in the forecast. I`m going to take legal action! We paid $50.00 in cash for a deposit for a rental car. And I was told we would get it back by check. Your business has the worst customer service. Your customer service representative hung up on us. It`s been almost 8 weeks and still haven`t sent us a check. We were told that there was no way to track the cheque that they said was processed. HOW DO YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS? You should be ashamed of yourselves. You should spend money to train your employees with customer service skills and how to process refunds to people who make you rich.

I spoke to Kevin Supervisor on the IAH Airport Hertz website, and was assured that he was just waiting to receive photos and that I would know at the end of the day why I was billed, it was 03/04/2020. Now, neither Kevin nor anyone at Hertz picks up the phone or answers my calls. The customer service is deplorable and I will never rent a car from Hertz again in my life.
